TO: ALL BOOTH EXHIBITORS
When you arrive for set-up on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 your booth will be set based on your instructions outlined on your contract. The tables will be skirted and have white plastic covering on the tops. Skirting is part of your furnished booth cost and at no additional cost to you.
Please refer to the sheet suggesting booth plans for single, double, and triple booths. Exhibitors requiring larger or custom booth locations should specifically inform the SEST office of their set-up requirements by enclosing a detailed sketch of their booths with their contracts BY THE DEADLINE DATE OF APRIL 14, 2013. ALL BOOTHS ARE SOLD IN 10 X10 INCREMENTS.
ANY EXHIBITOR NOT RESPONDING WITH SPECIFIC SET-UP REQUIREMENTS FOR THEIR BOOTH SETUP WILL BE SET WITH THE “A” PLAN FOR ALL SIZE BOOTH CONFIGURATIONS.
SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE FROM THE STANDARD SET-UP AFTER YOUR BOOTH IS DECORATED, THERE WILL BE A $75.00 CHARGE, PAYABLE AT THE SHOW.
YOU WILL HAVE THE CHOICE OF ORDERING YOUR BOOTH AS UNFURNISHED. THIS BOOTH WILL INCLUDE CARPET, BACK AND SIDE DRAPE ONLY.
Two and four shelf étagère units in 4 and 6 foot widths will be available through Shepard Exposition Services. The étagère rental form will be mailed out in your exhibitor registration packet from Shepard in June.
TO: HOTEL ROOM EXHIBITORS
You may book as many hotel rooms as needed on our exhibitor floors but all must be used as showrooms. You may have a bed removed from your exhibit room for a $75 charge, which will be added to your hotel bill. This must be ordered in advance. If you want a bed removed after the 21-day cutoff date or on set-up day, you will be charged $125. The bed removal form will be mailed out with your room assignment in December. ALL HOTEL EXHIBIT ROOMS WILL HAVE A DOOR SIGN THAT WILL BE SUPPLIED TO THE EXHIBITOR BY THE ATLANTA SHOE MARKET. Étagère’s will be available through Shepard Exposition Services. The order form will be mailed out to you in your exhibitor registration packet in June. Exhibitors exhibiting in the hotel rooms are responsible for the market fee of $150.00 per person and a room assessment fee of $265.00 per room.
TO: MEETING ROOM / SUITE EXHIBITORS
Your meeting room or suite will be available for set-up on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. You may request a floor plan of how you would like your tables and chairs set up. The meeting rooms come fully equipped with all tables and chairs. Étagère rental and additional lighting is the responsibility of each exhibitor. Banners and signage along with installation will be supplied by TASM for each meeting room and suite. Each and every exhibitor exhibiting in the meeting rooms is responsible for the market fee of $150.00 per person and a room assessment fee of $265.00 per room.
